Mommy and Me Swim Class

Today we went to our first swim class at St. Vincent's One Nineteen.  Based on our first experience putting him in the pool, I knew that he would love it; and he did! Hopefully next time I can get someone to get a picture while we are in the pool! We did cute little pool songs where they reach their arms, kick their legs, and blow bubbles.  He especially loved the part where we threw the frog and then went after it! He loves socializing with the other babies too!  We can't wait to do it again next week!

Storytime @ North Shelby Library

Today was our second day to visit the Baby Tales Story time at North Shelby Library. Carson loves the songs, movement, and for the most part shows an interest in books.  They also have toys laid out on the floor for the babies to explore with.  Although he isn't a crawler yet, I love that he can watch the other babies crawl.  Today he made a small attempt to crawl but didn't make it very far.  The quality of the picture isn't great since it was with my IPhone.  :)  I can't believe how fast he is growing up!! Tear!

My 1st Mother's Day!!

What a special day!! This morning I was served breakfast in bed by the 2 special men in my life! It was such a sweet day. What an incredible journey the past 7 months have been as I have become a mommy.  It is truly the most amazing gift ever! More pictures and competed post to come soon!
